It appears that I will be arrested at 8:00 a.m. for tax evasion. Somehow we missed the US Agent who came to our house 13 times to serve us with legal papers. I laughed out loud.
I got a message from "Daniel Baxter". I called back multiple times but they kept hanging up on me because they thought I was playing games. He called back later. I also will be arrested! Good luck folks, but this is not how the IRS does business. I called back later and it says they are unavailable, leave a message for "Brian King". These scammers are messing with the wrong guy.
Yes I to got a call like the others , If I could only find the building LA where they are calling from , I would send some new friends , to help them change there ways in taking up hard working peoples time with their BS.
Remember If the Government want to talk with you they will send real letter that states what time and place to meet with them at their offices in the District office in the area in which you live. Remember they never call you , it is always by snail mail with a set time and date.
Daniel Baxter called for my wife. They must think the lady of the house can be more easily taken. Same thing: legal confidential matter and for her to call Daniel Baxter back immediately regarding a "very important legal matter" from the US Treasury Department of Legal Affairs. He would not provide me any details. How do we shut these people down from 213-437-6091? Ridiculous.
I received a message from this number from an Indian man claiming to be Steve Martin from Department of Legal Affairs. It said I had legal action pending and to call immediately. I did NOT. The next day the same Indian guy called from 510-356-6691 claiming to be Steve Martin from the Department of Treasury and that I owed money. I've reported it to the REAL Dept of Treasury for fraud action and have been posting to these forums.
