Received an automated female voice message on 12/1/15 from 213-438-9642 stating law enforcement action for tax evasion. Not true-scammers! They also try by mail-the letters look official, so beware!
Scam. Caught a scammer on Craigslist and called them on it. Have been harassed by these types of calls from Florida, also. Texted them back and told them to contact the law firm they had faked the check from. Can see how some people fall for these threats.
