This is a scam. If you are being called from this number they are trying to convince of a complaint filed in your name and they will serve you at your job if not cleared up by paying a fee.
These people are beyond rude...They called me and left a recorded message saying someone had a grievance against me. I called them back and they said a credit card company is trying to sue me. I said I that I never received a phone call/ mail from that company saying my account was in collections. So I started asking questions and they started getting irritated. They refused to send me any sort of documents stating I had a debt to collect and told me they couldn't tell me what collection agency gave them my information. I called back with my sister on the line and they said quickly they you're being recorded...which they also didn't state before. These people are jokes and they are very unprofessional...
