According to the message the IRS is about to file a lawsuit against me, and I am to call this number for resolution.
1). The IRS does not initiate contact with taxpayers by phone or text (this is per their own website: www.irs.gov/uac/report-phishing
2). I don't live in California (the area code allegedly associated with this call), would expect a call from an office much closer to where i really live
3). When they called it is 6:45am in Los Angeles. Pretty sure that the IRS keeps regular business hours.
I will believe what this text-to-voice idiot box tells me when the IRS shows up at my door to arrest me (hint; THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!)
