they start calling me since this mirning monday 10/27/08 Finialy I spoke to them they want to give me a non refandable goverment grant and asking me to pay 299 I don;t knoe it's$ 2.99 or $ 299.00 but i told the lady I don't have any credit card right now I am not home then she start calling me again and again and still calling me .
They call me all the time on my cell phone. Never leave a message and call all in a row and then hang up. I never get a message from them or anything and I refuse to answer it since I don't know the number.
