My co-worker answered the phone the first time and he asked her name and she told him and he started to go through his spiel. since she knew it was a scam she hung up. he called back and asked for her again and when i said she wasn't here he said "put that b... on the phone" so i hung up on him. we're now putting the phones on do not disturb whenever that number shows up on caller id.

I was on the phone with Canon and got a call on another line. This was odd. She told me she was with Canon and that the price of toner has gone up and they needed to let us know for our order so we would not have to pay the price change. HMMMM we have a maintenance agreement with Canon and we don't pay for toner. She said who still does the ordering there, Monica still? I said Mam if you knew what you were talking about you would know that she has not been her for over 2 years. What I have done at work is covered the model numbers on the printers. That way no one gives the model number out. I have sent out emails telling this also but... they are men.
This person called as if he worked on our copier..I told him we didn't need anything from him, and hung up on him. He called back, and said, "Me...are you wearing panties today?" I hung up.
There must be something that can be done to stop this type of telemarketing...
