Rang. Did not answer. No message. I am getting phone calls from many different #s almost daily, e.g. 'Hi, this is Rachel from Credit Card Services'. I have but one credit card and there are no payment/credit issues regarding it.
Rachel from card services, when that number calls here now it says "Phone Scam" on the caller ID, I informed the idiot on the other end of this and he almost sounded as if he was going to cry, while asking ' what does this mean' ? I stated that obviously this means that the company you are working for is under investigation for committing phone scams and the BBB adds the phone scam ID to help alert people to this scam. He said that he was going to talk to his manager about this, I informed him that obviously his manager was not going to tell him the truth.
Needless to say, those calls have finally stopped coming. But history shows that in a month or so, they will start up again from a new number...
I have reported "Rachel" many times to FCC. Never fails when I try to call the number back I get the sorry this number as been disconnected. These calls are so annoying!
I was getting that credit card service call all the time too. I blocked that number. I believe this is the same people calling from a different number.
