They just called here at 9:54 a.m. which, if they really are calling from 213 (Los Angeles), then they start their work day of scamming people very early. This particular scam has been calling us from many different phone numbers making it hard to block them with Call Block features.
I've been using a great software that works on our PC since we have a phone/modem card. It's worked flawlessly to block (after 1 ring) repeat callers and I recommend it, oh, and it's completely free!
