Who called from 2135504227

I have had this call three times now. I only heard until they tell me to pres '1' to "win", then I hang up. I am sure that if you press '1', your phone bill will have a nice charge on it.
Can this be reported?
How did they get my number?
I am on Telus, and I go the first call the same day I signed up for the governments new "DO NOT CALL LIST"
When you sign up for that list, they tell you that you have one month for Telemarketers to update their lists and stop calling.
My on month is not up yet.
I am guessing that the day I signed up, this person got the list and now knows my number. They have one month to 'harass' me until I can report them.
Any truth to this theory?

I just got that too. But I didn't pick up. Good to know that it's nobody important...

Actually when you register on bueno.com ,they give you free US number and free calls to usa . So there may be case that some one just registered there and trying to disturb you. Most of the time when you register there they will give you series of numbers like 213-550-xxx or something like that. i am sure that unknown caller must be on VOIP

They call 30th Oct 2008.  Automated message say I had won and prize and to hit 1.  I hung up.

received call at 10am... purposely transfer call to voicemail to see if a message would be left... no message.
