I just got a call from this number on home phone and no one answered.  Who is it?

Does anyone get phone calls several times a day from this phone number? If so, who are they and what do they want??

this number calles my business phone in plainview ny and hangs up..??

This is one of several 213 numbers calling about a legal complaint against my SS# and threatening legal action due to "fraudulent internet" activity on my part.  I have no idea what they are referring to. My attorney has reported this number to the Michigan Attorney General's office.
