Received call from this phone number today; Phone rang a few times, then they just hung up--No message left. Reading some of the other posts; This is all very strange--Most likely some person or company (Perhaps a bill collector) using a Spoof Card or something, or perhaps has an arrangement with several of the phone company, carrier representatives, to hide their real caller ID, and using this phone number in hopes you don't recognize it and pick up the phone to make contact. Sounds like illegal tactics!!
It seems that even if you receive Harrassing Phone Calls from an "Unknown Caller", "Private Number", "(213)550-4257", or some made up number, such as 2367-8923, that it should ALL still be traceable by the phone company, and the caller should be Identifiable.
