Spam. Opt out not helping. These people need to get a real job instead of harassing no messages calling. Especially since it's on my cellphone!

Exactly what is the reason to state anything about these calls?  We keep getting them and it seems nothing is/has been done about them.  I guess I will just ignore them.  I won't be answering my phone.  Unless of course, I receive call that are of a threatening nature.
