MY EMPLOYER HAS BEEN RECEIVING MANY CALLS ALMOST DAILY FROM THIS NUMBER. MY STAFF IS BEING CONSTANLY HARRASSED BY DIFFERENT CALLERS EACH TIME THEY CALL. DO NOT ACCEPT THESE CALLS AND CONTINUE TO FIGHT TERRORISM ANYWAY YOU CAN!
Caller would not identify himself or his company. Would not answer repeated requests to turn me over to his supervisor or give me a number at his company I could call to complain. Stated he'd keep calling until he got through to someone who would "verify" specific information about people in our company. Call backs to this number recieve a phone is not in service message. Caller ID show "Premium Access" as the company name.
A lady calling to send an invitation to our marketing team called 20 times in 5 minutes, DEMANDING to speak to a live person. Unfortunately our entire mktg team was unavailable. I offered to give her an email address, but she was EXTREMELY rude and would not accept, nor would she give additional details about the invitation or where she was calling from. If she only knew, the receptionist is the key to getting what you want. If you are rude to her, chances are, YOU WONT GET THERE!
Received 12 calls in less than 10 minutes from PREMIUM ACCESS! Person calling asked for several different employees that were unavailable, when the receptionist finally transferred call to me. I spoke with a woman named Michelle Evans and Asked her the purpose of the call. Michelle responded it was about the technical infrastructure of our company. She wanted to send information to one of our employees, and needed to confirm title and address. I informed her that if one of these employees had requested the information, she would already have the proper title and address. I asked her to remove my company from their call/mail list, but she would not acknowledge the request, and kept repeating that she had to have this information-even talking over me! I asked her to either remove my company from the call/mail list or let me speak with her supervisor. She claimed to be a supervisor, and continued to demand the information she wanted. I told her I was hanging up because would not respond to my request or transfer me to her supervisor. There were no additional calls received!
Recieved this call on cell phone, then hopped to my office phone, then back to my cell phone. No voicemail and did not answer as did not know who caller was.
Received a voicemail of static from 213-622-9740. I know someone was on the line but did not leave a message. Will report back if someone does leave a message and gives me a hard time.
