Who called from 2136229999

I've been getting calls from this number, and I don't think the Varnish Restaurant in LA is calling me! Apparently they're either trying to sell something or is a debt collector. I couldn't find out since the call got disconnected.

Received several calls from this number over the past week.  No caller id except number. No response when i pick up.

Received a call.  Called back and is Varnish in LA.  Have no idea why they called me but don't want a call back

I received a call from 213-622-9999 today at my work in PA. The caller sounded like a 12 year old boy and he didn't know quite what to say at first but then continued to say he worked for Verizon and wanted to save me 14% off my bill by having me grab my latest bill and reading him some information off of it. Definitely a scammer.

They've changed names to "Label Gallery".  Still the same phone # obviously spoofed.
