This number called me once on my landline but was blocked immediately since I do not know anyone in CA and certainly not if it says Cell Phone CA on caller id. Normally I do not call numbers back but this time I did and reached a recording that the subscriber you have dialed is not in service. Therefore, spoofed number and scam caller, just wish I had more information about them.
I do not answer any calls I do not recognize, first check google, then block number and file a donotcall report.
Just got the call and I blocked it as soon as I saw it was a number I didn't know. Just for everyone's information I work on computers and had a friends father that let these scumbags in his computer. They loaded a virus on it and wanted $400 dollars to repair it over the internet. He didn't give them anything and hung up at that point. Of coarse the virus was one that caused so much damage I tried every tool I had to remove the virus. The computer would start working OK for about 15 min then it reverted back to all the problems. I had to blow everything out and reload his factory recovery.
