A foreign speaking man that I can understand his English asking multiple questions and he keeps calling over and over.

That number keeps calling my pager every 30 minutes all day and night long in 7 days a week. Report to that number!

Same here. We also do satellites. Must be a disgruntled satellite weasle. That does'nt get any inbound calls. So this is what he does with his time.
