I received a one ring at 3:12AM. Any time before 8:00am and after 8:00pm is illegal. I think those are the times.

I RECEIVED 2 CALLS 1 AT 5AM AND 1 AT 10PM,I 'M A SENIOR  WORRY IT WAS A EMERGENCY. I THOUGHT IT WAS ILLEGAL .WHAT IS THE USE OF BEING ON THE DO NOT CALL.THEY CALL ANYONE

Received call @ 12:29 am on 1/22/10, just one ring then hang up.
