They call my office repeatedly and when I called them to tell them to stop I was disconnected. A minute later I get a call someone saying they "noticed I wanted to improve my education" when i questioned the woman about who they are and then she hung up on me.

apparently (in my case) this comes from NORTH CENTRAL ARIZONA UNIVERSITY. I had called them a few weeks back to inquire about graduate programs. Let this be a lesson to me. And you
