I think the people calling are from an Online College... I tryied looking for a Job resently & they basically wouldn't get off the phone until I said they could send info. & someone could call... BUT I did not realized theses [***] Holes would keep calling instead of leaving a message like I told the guy to do & if I was really interested I would call them back
Just got a phone call from this number about 15 minutes ago. I would have picked up if I would have noticed the call. I'll update if I get a chance to speak with them.
Has anyone tried filing a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry?
I'm not sure what this qualifies under since I'm only going off what people have written, but it sounds like someone is trying to sell online courses.
This is a scam. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General (and do not call registry) and they sent me the information on these people. Because this company or person calls from a different number (throughout the united states) they are unable to track them and prosecute them for harrassment/fraud/identity theft. In the meantime they have of course advised not to give any money. These freaks have been calling me since 2009. They are relentless, I have cursed them out, called them names, hung up, threatened them with the police, etc. It pisses me off. I wish I could find them myself, oh what a day I would have!!!!
