Follow up! Sure enough this guy said he was from Carl Smith Ball!! I gave her the real number to carl smith ball...thank goodness I googled this number!!!
I received numerous calls from this number stating I owed money to a pay day loan company. that I owed almost a $1000 dollars since Sept. 2009 and that I had to set up payment arrangements. When I asked for proof that I took out the loan they told me they emailed me multiple times about the past due account & I was going to be sued now.
