213-784-7913----This is a phone number used by elements of the Russian Mob in NY for their finance scams.
They want to rip you off then destroy your good credit rating. The best way to deal with this problem is to
ignore their calls. DO NOT PICK UP. They will go away after a few attempts to get your attention.
I'm blocking all callers that don't leave a message. Political pollsters are all screwed up because so many of us are not answering unknown numbers. Sad, a lot of worthwhile things are hurting because of these scammers.
