Pretty sure its a Vietnamese voice recording probably selling something.  I answered and they were already talking.

THis call came in and the asian voice was already speaking. Did the call back trace and called. Asian speaking. Do not know who or what this is

This is terrible! I registered my cell phone # on the federal do not call list, and this Vietnamese advertisment company keeps on calling me.  I am loosing my calling minutes just to answer the call. This place needs to be sued.
