I just received a call from them as well, a recording telling me my Bank of America card was lost and to hold for someone else. That would concern me if I even had a BOA card !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a serious scam trying to get debit card info from bank of America customers. I'm a software architect for financial services and do know for a fact that is not how you reactivate your debit card. I called them back, somebody with a very heavy accent answered, didn't identify themselves as bank of America and were saying total nonsense. That has to be reported to LAPD or FBI right away.
