Who called from 2139441314

Third call in less than 24 hours from 213-944-1314.
I called back and it said the number does not accept messages and to call Black Star Farms at 231-944-1250 which I did.  No humans answered there so I left them a message that a scammer was giving out their number and to call the police.  I also gave them the scammer's unaccessible number.

2 calls.  Caller ID is Out of Area.  No message.
