My mom just called me in regards to this as well and she stated that she has received several calls from this number 213-948-1400. I tried calling and I got voice-mail. I was hoping to get a live person.
She told me that she tried calling the number back and got some one but the person on the other side said that it was not him who had called and that his number ended in 1401 and not 1400. But my mom checked and made sure she dialed the right number.
I've advised my mom to file a police report under "harrassing" phone calls if it continues.
I first started getting a 200.00 cash reward and 75.00 gas credit offer from Visa, then I started getting "unknown number" calls but no one was there. Then I got a call from 213-948-1400 one time and I feel it is all related. When I call 213-948-1400 back, I get a "full mail box".
I have received many calls from this number but only on my cellphone! Just like the rest have reported, no one there!
Just this evening, I received 3 calls within 5 minutes. It is getting very annoying to say the least.

I have been getting calls from the phone number recently. If you pick it up, nobody responded. if you call back, no one answered. since I have a VoIP, I set the number to blocked list. All worked well. no more calls from this number.
whoever is calling calls ALL the time and there is never no one there. This is very annoying especiallly if they call repeatedly late at night when I'm trying to sleep.
