I have been getting the same call and when I called him out for having a number from california he freaked out. Then I said it was a scam and hung up on him. He has called me 5 times in a row after constantly hanging up on him. He keeps calling me from an unknown number and now I can not block his number.
Did not answer this call, but I received it at 4:51pm EST from Los Angeles, California. Based on prior comments, it looks like this was a total scam. If you receive a call, hangup and block the number. Don't give out personal information to these idiots.
This is a spam =. They are not a government grant company. The government only gives you grant when you apply for them over there website and then the money goes to your school. Not to your bank account
