Fake IRS call. Caller told me that I would arrested if I did not call Ross Taylor , the Chief Investigator back . They said I committed Tax Fraud and sent money to my "home country" Iraq since 2008. They said I had been "tracked" for several years and that the police would come to my door if I did not respond today...to the Investigator. There was the sound of other phone operators in the background during this conversation. I am not Iraqi , have no ties to Iraq and was born in the USA. When I called the number back (from the caller ID) the man apologized immediately and said "I bow my head to you. Please forgive me. We are looking for another person , same name etc...but different phone number". Then HE abruptly said "and don't call this number again". I said "don't call my number ever again" and hung up. I want to report this...but don't know who to call.
call'm back and tell them that you reported them to the IRS, they will block your # and will not answer you,and you will not be able to call them again, call the proper authorities and report it also
These are these stupid people calling from India trying to get your credit card number cuz they are homeless and don't have a life sitting around with nothing to do calling people with stupid questions! They ARE THEFTS!!!
I got this call too - the caller had a Filipino accent. You obviously can't tell the difference between a Filipino and Indian accent? Is everyone in India homeless? When was the last time you visited India?

I have received a call from 1-213-992-9913 stating that I committed tax fraud. Also in the background there was sound of another operator. Two months ago they called me from 571 area code.
