Who called from 2140821956

Received call from this #. No message left. When I called it back, Verizon wireless message stated number was no longer in service, either changed or disconnected. How do you call from a disconnected line?

called trying to sell me an extended warranty.  I'm on DO NOT CALL list.  When I informed her that she violated my DNC listing, she abruptly hung up.

Caller ID came up as "Name Not Found." We never answer calls that do not clearly identify the caller.

Reporting daily silent phone calls from 214-082-1956:

Shows up as TEXAS on caller ID.  I don't answer unless I recognize the #.  No message left.
