Caller ID says 'Tier One'

Received call at our work for my husband.  I told her that he was not here, but that I was his wife...could I help her? She said that no, it was a personal financial issue that she had to dicuss with him and she would call back.  When she calls back, I will tell her not to call again.

Persists in calling even though they have called at least 10 times and been told we are on the Do Not Call List and not to bother us anymore.
