This person whomever he or she is needs to be turned into the FBI and or your local Police Department and or Sheriff's Office. Until this is done, nothing will change. When you don't turn people in you are saying it's okay, and it isn't okay. Also, a lot of people have privacy manager for this very reason, so that you don't have to be bothered by this person. Don't answer the call, and then report it. If the caller calls you at least two times, that is considered to be harassment. You can also call AT&T and have a tracer put on your phone. When you do nothing all of the time, you are also saying it doesn't matter or just what some of these other callers are saying on the above listings. Turn this sick person in. They very obviously need to be under psychiatric care. Quit letting it ruin your personal privacy. This person needs to be locked up for an indifinite period of time. However, sexual preditors are not people that can be cured. It's a disease like cancer, etc. But don't sit and do nothing about it. Put the ball in "your court", not his or hers.
Remember, you do not know if it is a man or woman, unless you have absolute proof. In other words, you must have documentation on this person. Do not be accusing someone and it be a mistaken identity. Mistaken identity could fall back on you. Show your proof to the correct authority. Keep a log to see how many times they call and present it to whomever you decide to confer with. Remember, sexual preditors live everywhere. You could have one living right next door to you and you wouldn't know it until it was too late. The city you live in has a listiing of all Registered Sexual Preditors. Pull up your area and find out for yourself. This is public knowledge and not private. You owe it to your self and to your families. Call a lawyer and see what they say. This number that keeps calling all of us is a number that is listed as a Southwestern Bell Carrier and it is from Dallas, Texas. Plese, do it for children if you don't want to do it for yourself. I wish they could create a spot for "Sexual Nature" along with "Unknown". If it's of a sexual nature, YOU yourself know it. Be very careful, ladies and gentlemen, these people are not to be played around with. They are or can be dangerous and or lethal. Use common sense. Don't go out alone. Band together as "three" instead of the usual two.
