214 310 0729 has been calling me for weeks! 8:40 AM every morning, then again at night. No message. "Dear Neighbor" on the ID.

hangs up when the machine comes on

Have had occasional calls from this number for the past month, not everyday. Caller ID says 'Aha Neighbor.' Hangs up when voicemail comes on.

I, too, get several calls, leave no message of course
