Call from Linda Rosario with PHD Investment (lists case number for reference) and asks ME to call back as I am a reference for someone by the end of the day and gives this number and extension: 214.341.1110 x210
I return the call and Ms. Rosario picks up the main line and then acts like she has no idea who I am or why I'm calling. She can't find the file by the case number she left, by my name or the name of the person who listed me as a reference. She then asks for MY social security number or the person who listed me as a reference social security number. No way am I giving that information.
She tells me the message is for the person who left me as a reference to call her back, not for me (which is not what the message said). I asked to be removed from her call list whenever she "found" the file. A call that should've taken about 2 minutes took 9. She's either an idiot or being intentionally obtuse to try to gain my personal information (or that of the person who listed me as a reference). I told her if she didn't have the person's phone number, she needed to send a certified letter and to stop contacting me immediately.
