Who called from 2143965539

Just got the same message

I got a call from this number earlier today as well...Hello can you hear me etc...The odd thing is he asked for me by name .."Is ****** there"
He hung up shortly thereafter.
I called back about 10 minutes later and got an answering machine that said press 1 to such and such and 2 to do such and such.

I tried again later and the number did not work.
Asking for me by name is what concerns me/

It sounds like another phone company trying to switch you by asking questions and getting the answer recorded.  it is called slamming
