Who called from 2143965539

I got a call (recorded message) telling me that my credit card company authorized them to call me and offer low interest rates. I hung up.

I got the same on the end of my call from this number just 30 minutes ago. I also hung up.

Received a call on my work line. Silence on the other end. I tried saying "hello" twice and then hung up.

Just received a call from this number. Took a couple "hello?" before a girl came on saying "We recently sent you information about your credit card account..." I don't have any credit cards. Hung up on her.

Why isn't the government doing more to end this nonsense? So sick of getting random spam calls full of scams and other garbage.
