i rec'd a call from these people on my work phone. they said i owed money to cash net usa ( and i did) they said said they were from law and investagation services. they idenify them selfes as deputy. i thought they were really when i first started talking to them. they said i i want to fight this my balance would go from 600.00 to over 3000.00 because i would have to pay for the court cost and lawyer fees ect. i told him that i have something at home saying that they would settle for 152.00 he said thats what i have been telling you and your not listening. i said ok i can pay the 152.00 and i want to make sure thats all im going to pay. he said yes thats it 152.00. he said they can not take a card over the phone i had to write a letter that stated i authorize them to deduct 152.00 from my card with my name address all the card info and i was told i had 30 min to do this by. i told him that im at work that was not going to happen. he asked when could i do it by i told him that my lunch was at 1130 so by 12 noon. by now it sounded werid to me so i called cash net they told me that my balance was sent else were and i got the number from cash net so i called the number they gave me. i paid my balance with the real people the manager there told me not to pay these people that cash net record were hacked and these people were calling people to get them to pay. at 12:02 the law place calls me back because i did not fax the info. i told them i know your a scam and do not call her again i have already contacted the police department. theytold he to hold on and next thing i hear is you motherf**k you can do what every you want you f**king bi**h. i hung up and then the call were nonstop they threaten to kill me the call me every nmae under the sun. i was getting calls on my work phone and my cell phone at the same time. i finally block the number from my cell and they called for a week stright on my work phone SO BE CAREFUL!!!! THESE PLEASE ACT LIKE POLICE.
This company is calling my cell phone and my job stating that i owe them money for a pay day loan. I example to them that i never got money from their company.
this number keep calling my phone claiming he is a lawyer investigating, they are foreign i dont understand them at all.i was really pissed about this cause im like how do you know me and my number????? this is scary how can we stop this??? i told them the next time he call my phone i was goin to call the police and have them call them back...THey are scam's
