A very professional-sounding woman (so professional, it sounded like a recording) called my work number, which I never give out for personal stuff. I actually asked her if she was a real person. She sounded appropriately surprised, so I guess not. Started asking about my current insurance, zip codes, and said an insurance agent was going to join us on the phone. Then she asked for MY NAME. I said, if you don't even know my name, then this is an unsolicited call, no thank you very much. and hung up.
Having no way to know if she was a legitimate caller or not, I am not about to give out personal information to someone who doesn't already know something about me. so CLICK!
