I keep getting a call from this person by the name of Julie Kennedy. She say that she is with Center For Medicare Services in Dallas Texas.

This has been an on-going problem and I am hoping that the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County Sheriffs Office see this so that they can get after this person.
