I called the number and it is a company called CCF INC, some type of legal company maybe for bad debts or something. I suggest calling the number they will tell you who they're looking for and advise its not you so they can remove you number from their list. Hope this helps.
I have also been getting calls from this place. Like it says earlier, it is just dead air and then a hang up if you let the machine get it. Tried to look them up on Whitepages but is just says it's a landline in Dallas. Not much help. I hope they stop calling.
