Also have HSBC never will be a customer again (they called today) I'm not behind or have any issues at this moment.. but in the past i sent my payment they lost/misplaced/etc. Unfortunately i never saw that check cashed, the money was still in my account way after the due date so i called to see if they even received my payment? (i care about my credit) They told me without looking into the information that my check pounced and i was a bad person that didn't pay my bills, they didn't trust another check from me, and that i need to send them the money by western union RIGHT AWAY!
I also spoke with a manager he took care of my problem slightly, but still charged me late fees due to a mistake they made. Am very angry about it but i have learned my lesson and am ready to get out of this loan!
This has got to be the LAST compcny I would EVER go through again.(Oh wait! I didn't go through them, my husband did!) They call non-stop from 8 am until 9pm or later. And this includes Sundays.
My job is being jepordized because of these people. Then how do they expect anyone to make payments to them????????
I keep getting calls from 214-488-5152 and they do not leave a message.I called back and it is HSBC auto finance.I am tired of this company calling and harassing us for a payment.I just spoke with them last week, december 15th about our payment. We are trying very hard to keep up on our payments so we do not lose anything. It is tough out there for everyone ,especially now, and I'm trying to have a little faith that somehow things will get better.
I HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH HSBC. I AM UP TO DATE AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME. AND WHEN YOU ANSWER THEM THEY INSIST ON TRYING TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR PAYMENT PLAN ASKING WHY YOU CANNOT PAY MORE. IF I COULD PAY MORE I WOULD. IT'S SHOULD BE OBVIOUS THAT PEOPLE ARE HAVING A HARD TIME. I ALWAYS MADE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME UNTIL MY FINANCIAL SITUATION CHANGED.
HSBC apparently farms out their calls to India or something. We get these calls the second the payment is late. The rare time I answer, the person insists on getting a payment right then and there over the phone. I refuse to give my financial information to some stranger on the phone who barely speaks english! I have had to argue with them about this a couple of times. I pay it on line at the HSBC website, although it takes sometimes days to register with the call center.
