They have been calling me for months to let me know if they do not serve my Mother subpeona papers they are going to arrest her. She is not in any type of legal situation. It's a scam. I blocked them.
Woman just called my home looking for a friend who lives a few hours away. Wouldn't give me any info except that she was calling from Acufile and was trying to make sure that someone would be home to receive documents. I told her that I had no clue and would appreciate if she didn't call me again. She called me a witch with a capital B under her breath before she hung up.
Smells like another extortion scam call in the works.. Do not give her any info! You and your friend need to file complaints! These shysters break FDCPA laws..
Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
Got a call did not answer, just a heads up though I have a bad debt with Santander and green tree mortgage so if anyone else has these please leave a message. Maybe we all have someone with similar bad debts. Don't know if its them or not.
