Received call and said they were AT&T asking if I had taken advantage of their up grades.  I replied if you are actually AT&T then you would know that I have and disconnected the call.  If this is truly AT&T then they're as bad as the government not knowing what the other branches are doing or what services have been provided and upgraded.
