This number called a few days. Today they claimed to be Amazon Assoc. I asked questions and caught her in lies. This is a scam to collect credit card numbers. They are not associated with Amazon.
Called my smart phone. Blocked number on my smart phone. Good smart phone, have a charge now. Unfortunately this caller is probably using web based calling because this is not the only number that does this, and the calls come from all over the US. However, those numbers are few enough to be recognize so it shouldn't take long to get them all.
Short of having instant location trace, a Star Trek transporter, and a baseball bat, that's about all that can be done.
This number calls me 5 times a day for 2 weeks, It rings only twice. Cannot call it back. There is a recording stating it's a non working number. Just want the harassment stopped!!!
This company has called me over 27 times and today o answered it and asked them to stop calling. The caller said "F*** you" and hung up. Well, I contacted Amazon and got Jeff Bezos' contact information and sent him an email regarding this outfit and that they are using Amazon when they call. Hopefully this will stop this...
