Who called from 2146179008

I received the exact same phone call  at 0837 this morning. The person left the same  number and spoke very fast.

Yes, I have gotten 3 in the last 2 days, they did leave a voice mail. Heavy Indian accent also. I called back to see why they were calling me. THey asked for my name and the number associated with the call. I would not give them either. I made the call from another phone other than the one they called me on. Is this a scam? They sounded official. Lots of noise in the background.

Didn't leave a message but stated it's the IRS about to transfer claim the the local sheriffs department.

Got the same call, I called back, it sounds like someone Trump is trying to keep out!!!
