A recording called, said they were the US Treasury & threatened jail time if I did not call them back 214-617-9668. I won't call them. I reported it to the Treasury IRS Scam.
Threatened detention, said it was second attempt, something about appearing before a federal grand jury, seemed like they watched one episode of Law and Order lol. Had an accent sort of Spanish or trying to sound mechanical. Please report to US Treasury website!!
Thank you, I did report them and the similar one from last week. Also last week got one about a made up case number which is a fraud debt collector scam. My house phone is bombarded too, most leave no message. Someone unknown called my house at midnight last night and got screamed at by me, waking a pms-ing woman should be a crime. My blocked caller list is crazy long now and all calls except a handful go to voice on my cell. House is trickier to block so it's just turned off. This harassment is very bad, needs to stop.
