Yes, it's a scam.  Contact the FTC and your local police department.  People are working on it.

I called my local police dept, but they said they could not do anything unless a crime was committed - i.e., my identity or bank info was stolen.  Since I didn't give anyone my card info, there's nothing they would do . . . I did file complaints online at the FCC and Federal Trade Commission websites.

I got the same text 2x also.  Just got a 3rd with a different # to call 323-212-3151

yeah same as the person above me i've got 4 in the past two days all from weird email adresses. does anything happen if yo ucall?
