ID says 'Dallas TX'..............didn't know a WHOLE city could call me............or could it be a SCAMMER?

Jason from General Electric Home Security.... or rather it's a robot saying it is Jason calling from General Home Security. The robot waits for responses, but I hung up on it. I'm pretty sure I heard this may be a scam.
