I have worked for this company for almost a year. I am a college educated professional but due to health circumstances I am limited. My paycheck has always been correct. The managers and owners are extremely nice. It is a very comfortable environment. As with all telemarketing companies you have a revolving door but I have made so many friends with the people there. It is a very professional place. There is nothing illegal about it. It irritates me to see people writing such terrible things about our managers. The only thing you have to do is your job and we are paid well. If I call in sick I can always reach someone. All the people named are very nice and I cannot understand why people are so hateful. We are treated very well in this place.
After several minutes wait, transferred to a "national call center". When I asked, Telemarketer said it was named "Safe LIne" but refused to provide its location, callback telephone number or any other information unless I told her my name. Telemarketer hung up after I repeatedly insisted on more information.
Of course, my telephone number has been on the national Do Not Call list for a long time and, of course, I have no previous relationship with the telemarketer or its client and, of course, I have never requested to be contacted by them.
I am getting calls for some kind of alert system from 2147363899. This business is preying on the elderly and must be stopped. Plus I am on the DO NOT CALL list, so they are wrong in every way.
got this call and waited to speak to one of the reps. Per Ken, they are Safeline Medical and he was in Orlando, Fl. Wanted to sign me up for a medical alert pkg for old people. I asked for a call back # and he gave me 888-522-4517 which is a voice mail system for customer service. Reporting them to dnc like it will do any good.
I think I actually know Ken. He's a coworker. In other words, my 'name's is true-- I've worked for them before, but only for around a week. They scam their own employees, so I don't bother with them anymore.
Telling you their location is in Orlando is a little broad. They're actually located in a city NEAR Orlando, called Casselberry. Their building is one that is unmarked, and located behind a business called Ticor Title. If you weren't previously told that this is where their office was, you would never know it even existed. The windows are darkened, and there is literally NO indication that they aren't simply a side office dedicated to Ticor Title. The office is located on highway 436 there in Casselberry, Florida. They do not provide even us with a phone number to give as a potential callback, but after some asking around with my employees, I did get one number. That was (407) 892-4470. No promises as to whether or not that one is legitimate, as I've never bothered to try it myself. I hope that helps a little?
