I have worked for this company for almost a year. I am a college educated professional but due to health circumstances I am limited. My paycheck has always been correct. The managers and owners are extremely nice. It is a very comfortable environment. As with all telemarketing companies you have a revolving door but I have made so many friends with the people there. It is a very professional place. There is nothing illegal about it. It irritates me to see people writing such terrible things about our managers. The only thing you have to do is your job and we are paid well. If I call in sick I can always reach someone. All the people named are very nice and I cannot understand why people are so hateful. We are treated very well in this place.
I am currently job hunting. found ad on indeed.com. applied. then i got this email:
Thank you for your inquiry about our employment opportunity. I handle
the recruiting for Senior AlertLine.
I’d like to take a minute to explain a little about the opportunity
and you can decide if it’s something you would like to pursue. We
represent Senior AlertLine, providers of Senior Medical Alert Systems.
With over 30 years in the senior medical alert system industry we are
the largest independently owned senior monitoring system company in the country
and we're looking to hire approximately 100 new employees over the
next 90 days.
We do NOT make outbound sales calls. We take inbound inquiries only
from senior citizens looking for more information about medical alert
systems. After a period of time as an agent, usually less than 30
days, each new hire will have the opportunity to move into the
position that fits their talents the best. In most cases people stay
as agents because of the pay, some move on to other departments. We do
all of our promoting from within for all management and office
assistant positions. We currently have a 8,000 sf facility in
Altamonte Springs. We have two shifts available, the AM shift is10AM to 4PM with one
hour for lunch, the evening shift is 4PM to 10PM. We also have a
Saturday shift (that is mandatory for at least your first two weeks of
employment, then you can request a Sat off)from 9AM to 5PM. We
encourage our Agents to work up to 40 hours per week. The pay
rate is $8 an hour as a GURANTEED base rate plus incentives and
bonuses on a daily basis. Our average Agent earns between $400 and
$600 a week, which averages between $14-$20 per hour worked. We pay
weekly, on Mondays, and cash bonuses daily.
Our Call Center is located at...
474 S Northlake Blvd, Suite #1024
Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
We are practically across the street from the Altamonte Mall, one
block east of Interstate 4 on SR 436. Take Northlake Blvd south, pass
both hotels on your right hand side, look for our building number 474
out front, turn right at sign and then a quick left to park in front
of our Suite #1024. Our suite door faces Northlake Blvd.
I will be conducting an interview session on Thursday at 1130 and 300pm
If you would like to attend please confirm by email.
If you like what you see and hear after the interview session, we can
get you into training ASAP and you do receive pay while you’re in
training.
If you former employees know who these people are, what they are doing, and where they are, why don't you go to the Orlando News Stations? They would love a story like this. It looks like people from all over the country are looking for them!
