This is a debt collector by the name of account resolution services. I didn't talk to a person . I got a recording. Now i know not to answer as i owe no debts.
They are a scam. Do not give them any money. They tried to tell me how much open unused credit I have (which was wrong) and how long I have been in a mortgage (again wrong). They also tried to say the debt I owed was actually from the company I worked for without knowing who I worked for. Nice try scum!
I received a slow response when I answered the call. I asked them to take my number off their list and send me something in the mail. The man said you don't even know who I am or why I am calling. I said you are probably posing as some kind of debt collector. He said I was wrong and that I obviously don't care so they will just go straight after my assets. Good luck with that.
Tell 'em to bring it on. While you are at it, let them know you will be going after them in court for multiple FDCPA violations, including: Refusal to identify themselves as third party debt collectors and making illegal threats.
