They call from numerous states and never leave a voicemail. TX, FL, and NY numbers so far. Third time this week, every time I call back the automation options don't work.
This number (214-736-5827) has called me multiple times and the person's name is Mark jones. I also received calls from a Karen Walker. Stating that I owed money to Capital One for $3900 from 2008. I had filed bankruptcy in 2012 and it cleared ALL of the debt that I had. I have no debt right now. On top of that, I never had an account opened up in 2008 since my credit was so bad at that time there was NO WAY someone would give me a credit card. I gave the, my attorney's phone number to contact directly. I am sure I will not hear from them again. At least for a little while. They get VERY nasty too.
